The crowd was pretty enthusiastic even after being in the 90+F heat for a few hours. We did have a nice breeze from over the Elizabeth River to help keep things from being too oppresive. There is some wind noise, as I forgot my screen, but it's not bad. There was a group of women there on a Girl's Night Out thing I guess. One of them saw me recording and asked if it was video or audio. Thing is, she kept asking even after I told her. She didn't look drunk, and I only saw her drink water, but who knows. Just before High Water, I checked the time left on the recorder, and she started to speak right over the mic. So I suggested that she say "Hi" to the folks that will download this recording. She didn't say anything for the rest of the set. I hope I didn't wreck her good time. So this recording is dedicated to her, whatever her name is. ______________________________________
