My personal favorite Bobs' vocal performance has always been the album version of "Desolation Row".
I think he sings that one perfectly.

My def. favorite is Bowies tribute to Dylan. I been digging that song for almost 40 yrs now, ever since it was released in the 70s'. Still sounds great!
