You're talking about this version, I guess:
Dylan & The Dead (87-07-12 Giants Stadium NJ)
That's a bootleg from the Dylan/Dead tour. So this special version is not on an official album but it's not exactly an outtake. Well, some people say all the Dylan/Dead versions are kinda 'outtakes'...but that's another story...
