Some Weekend Radio Treats

Since I’m away teaching this weekend, howsabout a few radio program treats while I’m gone?

  • We’ll kick it off this afternoon at 4pm with Lenny Henry’s quest to answer the question “What’s so great about Bob Dylan?”  (3pm Eastern, 2pm Central, 12pm Pacific, 8pm London, 7am Sydney)
  • At 7pm, BBC Radio tackles “The Lyrics of Bob Dylan” (6pm Eastern, 5pm Central, 3pm Pacific, 11pm London, 10am Sydney)
  • Tune in at Midnight for “The Beatle Years” looking into the impact of Bob Dylan on the Fab 4 (11pm Eastern, 10pm Central, 8pm Pacific, 4am London, 3pm Sydney)
  • Saturday at 2pm, tune in for Studs Terkel’s Wax Museum featuring a young up & coming artist in 1963, our beloved Bob. (1pm Eastern, 12pm Central, 10am Pacific, 6pm London, 5am Sydney)
  • Saturday at 7pm, Bob Fass’s 1986 Rock Line Phone-In show (6pm Eastern, 5pm Central, 3pm Pacific, 11pm London, 10am Sydney)
  • Sunday at 1am, we’ll wrap it up with Dave Herman’s interview with Bob discussing Shot of Love (12am Eastern, 11pm Central, 9pm Pacific, 5am London, 4pm Sydney)
